Vikas Nagaiah
Vikas Nagaiah is a passionate legal professional with a rich academic and professional journey rooted in Bangalore. Initially trained as an engineer, he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from JSS Academy of Technical Education. Despite the prospect of a lucrative career in engineering, Vikas chose to pursue his true calling—LAW.
He earned his law degree from the prestigious B.M.S. School of Law, Bangalore, completing the 3-year course in 2018 with distinction. His academic excellence earned him the 8th Rank in the State of Karnataka under the Karnataka State Law University. He was felicitated for this achievement by Hon’ble Supreme Court Justice Mohan M. Shantangoudar and the Law Minister of Karnataka, Sri Madhuswamy.
Vikas began his legal practice under the mentorship of Senior Advocate Sri C. V. Srinivasa, a reputed practitioner before the High Court of Karnataka and the Supreme Court of India. Over the years, Vikas has cultivated a diverse and thriving legal practice spanning trial courts, appellate courts, and specialised tribunals, including the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal and Karnataka Medical Council.
He is known for his strategic thinking, court craft, and client-centric approach across a broad array of legal domains, including:
- Family & Matrimonial Law – Handling contested and mutual divorce, custody battles, maintenance disputes, domestic violence matters, and property settlements.
